Welcome to Aviaka Prints! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Aviaka Prints's Website.

1. Custom Designs

By uploading a design for customization, you represent that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it. Aviaka Prints is not responsible for any copyright infringements arising from user-submitted designs.

2. Ordering & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard production takes 2-4 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days across India. While we strive for 48-hour express delivery where applicable, these are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and shipping information. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays for which Aviaka Prints cannot be held liable.
